qualified and experienced candidate for below position.
Requirements:
Male/Female Max. 30 years
Minimum 2 years experiences in multinational company.
Minimum 2 years experiences in HR Formalities function.
Familiar with OHSAS 18001, ISO 14000
Familiar working with MS Office, MS Excel, Internet.
Excellent communication in English verbal & written is a must
Responsibilities:
To dealing with Immigration & other department related
To prepare company's expatriate documentation & permit such as ;
Visa, Kitas, Working Permit, DPKK, MERP, SKJ, SKLD, RPTKA, etc.
Check, verify and maintain all expatriate documents for company
purpose.
To prepare monthly report of expatriate documentation for Jakarta
Office.
Dealing with local manpower regarding HR issue & HR administrations.
Other job required by human resource department.
Additional Information:
This position will be post in our Balikpapan Office.
